No. Every screen is display-only. Inmates see what staff chooses to show them on the Info Board. The Muster Board displays inmate callouts on a dedicated screen. The Staff Board is officer-facing only — inmates never see it. There are no touchscreens, no kiosks, no inmate login, and no inmate devices of any kind involved.

Any authorized user in the admin panel can trigger a LOCKDOWN with a single button. Every Muster Board in the facility instantly displays a full red emergency overlay. All pending callouts are frozen. The overlay stays active until control center clears it.
